What you’ll do
Interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customers best interests at heart.
Provide brilliant interactions to help build the futures & protect what matters for our customers, both through digital and telephony channels.
Resolve customers queries first time so that they don’t need to contact us again for the same purpose regardless of the channel where you are interacting with the customer.
Contribute to growth across the Group
What you’ll bring
Proficiency in managing and delivering exceptional customer experiences over the phone
Technology proficient; with proven experience using different software.
A team player with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills – ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.
Strong time management, the ability to work autonomously and make effective decisions in a timely manner.
The ability to listen, build trust/credibility & ask the right questions of your customers.
