We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Electrical Project Engineers to be part of an upcoming project team commencing in Early January 2023 for 3 months work in the Sydney Metro area expanded out to Western Sydney.

Your focus will include:  

Assist in the development of day-to-day programs, ensure planned activities are well-communicated on-site and monitor and report on construction progress


Prepare site documentation including Work Area Plans, Work Packs and Safe Work Method Statements


Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure quality specifications and standards are maintained on-site


Assist in driving a positive safety culture on-site, participate in safety checks and prepare and close out safety documentation.


Record and track plant, material and labour costs on-site, assist with forecasting and monthly cost reporting


Participate in squad checks of drawings, datasheets, schedules, calculations, specifications and purchase orders from all disciplines


Ability to identify issues/risks and take initiative to deliver improvements/solutions

What you will bring to the team:  

Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)


Minimum 3+ experience in construction teams as a Site Engineer delivering a variety of infrastructure projects, specifically electrical and mechanical


Expertise working with construction crews and subcontractors on projects


Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety, environmental and quality procedures and standards


Knowledge of the following equipment/systems (including but not limited to): High Voltage (HV) Switchboards, Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear/MCC, Power transformers, Electric motors (LV/HV)
