Ensure all orders are raised to partners timely and compliance to regulations and product/procurement guideline.
Ensure the partner acknowledgement, FOC and price updated supporting the provisioning.
Monitoring of the order raised to ensure the SLAs and productivity are met as per agreed SLAs Indices
To support work with partners for dispute resolution.
To update the Partners on the Payment status for escalations from Partners or vendors.
To ensure proper documentation for all orders or payment request.
To support escalation timely by any stakeholders on any issues/problems.
Management of the Outsourced Partner for Order Raising and Settlement (Daily operations, review the operation performance)
Management of the overseas/local Partners/Vendors on ordering issues and settlement disputes
Continuous drive for process improvement and automation within the department
To support any adhoc projects or tasks assigned by supervisor
Serving countries – China & Taiwan
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Required language: Mandarin
Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering or Telecommunication
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Power Application will be an advantage.
Knowledge of telecoms products, SMOD, QS, STARS and Pegasus system will be an advantage.
