Randstad is currently seeking a Receptionist who has a minimum of 2 years’ of experience to join our client team on the Gold Coast.

Greeting customers and performing reception duties, including responding to phone calls and enquiries
Mail, deliveries and email management and distribution
Management and maintenance of client records
General administration such as filing, scanning and binding
Ideally you will have :
Previous experience in a receptionist role - preferably within the Legal industry
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Exceptional customer service skills is essential for this role
Excellent communication skills including written, oral and interpersonal
Ability to multitask in a fast paced role
Capable of working independently and take initiative
Being a friendly team member with a can do attitude
A preparedness to learn new skills
