We are looking for a customer service and production administrator. In this varied role the majority of your time will be customer service focussed with production administration duties being a smaller focus. You will be responsible for building relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service to our customers.

This role is rostered Monday to Friday – 4pm with flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide efficient and effective customer service and order entry that aligns with ARC high level of customer satisfaction internally and externally.
Responding to customer sales enquiries via phone, email and face to face.
Special focus on the local sites project segment customer base.
Daily data entry of the sites production KPI’s. 
Production administration tasks including receipting, issuing production materials, consumable ordering, liaising with vendors.
Assist Production Planner with printing of production documents.
Supporting the Operations Manager and Team Leaders as required.

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and who thrives working in a fast-paced friendly environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet.

You will also have:

Experience in a similar phone-based customer service role 
The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An individual that is solutions focused and who seeks to take ownership and be accountable.
Strong attention to detail tendencies. 
Ability to investigate and identify inventory discrepancies.
Outgoing attitude with a customer friendly focus.
