Dev Ops - Product Development

• Provide Strong Operational Leadership to existing operations team (covering Money Movement Compliance Risk and Payments functions)
  • Lead current team of 100 FTE based in HYD
  • Ensure rigor in Risk and Control processes for 100% KPI compliance and fraud mitigation
  • Drive Operational Efficiencies
• Actively Participate in and bring strong leadership on driving Key Strategic Growth priorities for the EFS business
  • Money Movement: Technology Modernization
  • Wisely: Consumer Experience mindset in a B2C model
• Develop strong leadership team and top quartile engagement
