Role : Senior Customer Care Executive - Voice Process
Serves customers by providing product and service information.
• Resolve product and service-related questions.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's
complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining
the best solution to solve the problem.
• Recommends potential services to team by collecting customer information
and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer
information. Works closely with other functions of Dvara E-Dairy. Maintains
pleasing presentation, calmness and respond professionally. Keeps
update on product, technology to provide updated information to the

• Must be fluent in Hindi, English & Tamil.
