What you’ll achieve

As a Project/Program Management Analyst & Onboarding Facilitator in a remote capacity, you will assist on various projects with defined deliverables, managing the scope, timeline, budget and quality through the duration of the project. The role is primarily responsible for global execution of Onboarding Boot Camps and Workshops, where you will supervise and mentor an assigned group of Associates during the training program boot camp, evaluating their performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for training & mentoring Rotational Team Leads to perform this role, ensuring consistency of boot camp processes. This team member will also drive local program initiatives, including but not limited to; engagement events, development opportunities for existing associates, recruiting activities, and provide local boot camp coordination & logistics support.  They will represent & drive the Managed Onboarding brand with local program stakeholders.

You will

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute end to end program objectives, providing technical expertise and professional coaching 
  • Establish, coordinate, administer and monitor activities associated with the program and/or projects
  • Conduct classroom management & facilitation: Present training modules and materials to learners 
  • Formulate and document constructive feedback; escalate performance concerns when necessary
  • Conduct review meetings with Associate, Field Manager, and training program management
  • Train, mentor & inspect rotational Team Leads to ensure global consistency in performance management processes & classroom execution

    Essential Requirements 

  • Excellent communication, problem solving & presentation skills

  • Demonstrate adaptability & flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs, time management and organizational skills

    Desirable Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree
