What you’ll achieve

As a Technical Training Project/Program Analyst, you will be responsible for managing projects, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and measure progress to bring specific projects to completion on time and within budget.

You will:

  • Responsible for a defined project
  • Support a part of a function or process
  • Performs basic project analyst duties and supports senior level Project Managers
  • Participates in a routine phase/project/process Identifies and escalates issues for resolution as necessary
  • May utilize a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones and deliverables
  • May prepare and conduct presentations and communications

    Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated attentiveness to quality and productivity Basic communication skills
  • Detail oriented Ability to work effectively with senior management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Basic ability to work in a team environment
  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

    Desirable Requirements

  • Understanding of customer technical training delivery and adult learning principles
  • Understanding and technical knowledge on Dell supported software, systems, and components.
