About the Opportunity
This is a part time, closed period contract until January 2024. Based in our Pitt Street Office.
As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will support the Retirement Villages and New Developments marketing and communications team to develop, implement and evaluate content marketing, customer nurturing content and communication and engagement plans to support the business.
Key Responsibilities include; Write, produce and distribute stakeholder communications and neighbourhood updates for new developments and redevelopment projects Assist with delivering a range of online and face to face community and stakeholder consultation initiatives Assist with writing and coordinating the creation of engaging Retirement & Independent Living (RIL) content Lead the creation of engaging RIL content for Uniting owned channels Create engaging blogs and content to publish (Uniting/Google grant) Write nurturing and retention communications copy across the entire customer journey; from first touch point to resident move in.
What you need to succeed: Relevant tertiary degree with communications/journalism experience Advanced communication skills in writing, editing and planning Ability to understand and analyse complex information and develop creative approaches and content to engage audiences across various communication platforms and mediums General understanding of marketing, media and business disciplines Advanced communication skills Excellent time management and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
