Whether it is a fast track $1m commercial renovation or a larger $40m D&C new build, this group moves mountains to provide property and building solutions.
About the Role
The managers of the company are passionate, progressive and above all professional and as part of their next stage of growth they are now seeking to appoint a proven PM to join the team and lead in the delivery of these projects. With the business running at capacity at the moment and being shortlisted for more projects the company is ready to bring on a new Project Manager to run one of the new wins soon to be announced.
As PM you will be supported by a dedicated CA and great site team.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all time, budget and quality aspects of building project as well as looking after the financials. You will run the project but have the support and guidance from the director. Your core duties in this role will encompass:
- Construction Programming
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison
- Managing Site Teams and Personnel
- Ensuring best practise in QA, OH&S and IR
- Subcontract management and Labour Resourcing
The right candidate will be a proven Project Manager with between 3+ years experience. Ideally working for a similar Commercial builder that has delivered projects to $20m.
