Minimum 4 Year Experience in external recruitment/Agency
2 years Generalist Recruitment Environment
2 years exp in ATS (Dittohire and or Placement Partner)
2 years’ experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Industry recruitment would be strong advantage
Computer Literacy – Full Basic MS Office Proficiency
Full Command of English – Written, Reading and Comprehension
Track record of high personal billings or consistently achieving targets
Track record of building and managing relevant and successful client/candidate relationships
Genuine leadership skills with the ability and desire to take on a bigger role in the future
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting senior to executive professionals across various industries locally and internationally .
Build and maintain a candidate database of talent both local and international.
Create and deliver solutions based on the needs of each client/assignment.
Source suitable candidates through multiple channels; social media, headhunting, networking and referrals.
Brief candidates on the opportunities and careers offered by our clients
• You will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond and that includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Offer CV, interview and general career advice building long term relationships with both candidates and clients.
Network to acquire and grow business and market knowledge that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
You are expected to unpack and understand each role that you work on
You are expected to research the industry, sector, and relevance of the role as well and how the position forms part of the value creation chain in that specific company
In this role, you are 100% accountable for your performance and ultimately your target
You are expected to do cold-calling and get business from new and existing client
If there are no roles coming from the sales or via the management team, you are required to source your own clients
With new clients that you onboard, you would need to manage that client and own the relationship for some time
Improve customer candidate experience, create engaged candidates, and facilitate an increase in our Footprint
