The Opportunity

Acting as an integral part of the Administration team, the Administration Assistant is the main point of contact for customers and visitors into the branch and predominately responsible the day to day procurement and processing of accounts payable requirements. In this role you will maintain several database records in addition to other administrative tasks. Communicating issues and offering solutions to the Administration Manager are super important in this position!

  • To be successful you will have

  • Experience – Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience delivering outcomes in a similar position and industry or a Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Computer literacy - Competence in all Microsoft Office packages with strong excel capabilities
  • Conscientiousness - An interdependent approach to ensuring personal and employee health and safety.
