  • Casual Hourly Rate: RN1 $34.54 - $47.13 per hour plus 25% casual loading; RN2C $40.35 - $51.01 per hour plus 25% casual loading
  • Join the Operating Theatre Suite’s scrub/scout casual pool as a Registered Nurse where you will provide nursing services which include direct person-centred nursing care and individual case management to patients/clients on a shift by shift basis in the health service setting of Perioperative Nursing. You will be responsible for assessing individual patient/client needs; planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate service delivery. In addition, you will be accountable for your own standards of nursing care and the activities delegated to others.

    You will have effective communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, a demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family centred care and an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Together with your ability to prioritise workloads, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.

    There are multiple casual vacancies available, over a 24 hours/7-day roster.
