IT Technical Support will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of an organisation. They will need to provide technical assistance and support to employees. 
Job Description:
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees.
Respond to tickets logged by employees. Logging the queries of employees.
Support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
Diagnosing any hardware and software faults within computer and network systems.
Setting up computers and devices for new employees. Installation and configuration of hardware operating systems and applications.  
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Following instructions in order to set up a system or fix a fault.

Job Requirements:
At least one year working experience in the IT Technical Support ‘world’/Frontline Technical Support.
Would possibly look at a school leaver/graduate who will be studying a relevant IT Degree or already has a relevant IT degree
Proficient with the essential Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
An added bonus would be having certifications in A+ and N+ computing/networking.
Experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
Time management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
Individual must be energetic and highly motivated
