About the role

WesTrac is seeking an experienced and customer focused Part Sales Coordinator to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, our Part Sales Coordinators are responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced role.

Our successful candidate will work 50 hours, Monday to Friday. 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to:

  • Parts Interpretation
  • Customer complaints
  • Dispute resolution
  • Customer enquiries
  • Data Processing
  • Inbound orders
  • Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service position
  • Problem solving
  • Time management
  • Being able to manage multiple tasks
  • Intermediate computer skills – MS Office and online applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer
  • Familiarity with CAT equipment or processes will be highly regarding, however this is not an essential requirement for this role.
