Our Client requires the services of an Office 365 Product Specialist who will work alongside the Enterprise Infrastructure team for the delivery of Infrastructure project assignments, including the deployment, training and support of the Microsoft Office 365 platform.

The engagement will be on a six months contract, based

remotely from home, with site visits when required.

Desired Certifications: Microsoft Office 365 Certifications, Microsoft Azure Certifications. Office 365: SME for applications across the Office 365 Stack such as OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Desired Certifications: Microsoft Office 365
Certifications, Microsoft Azure Certifications.
Office 365: SME for applications across the Office 365
Stack such as OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online,
Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
Implementation-level experience working with and
supporting Office 365 in a mid to large organization.
A combination of education and experience providing
equivalent knowledge.
The specialist will be the O365 Subject Matter Expert
within the Enterprise Infrastructure COE team responsible for delivering
training and support on O365 solutions.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide end-user training and support for Office 365.
Resolution ownership of technical challenges for O365
projects and the technical escalation point for the implementation teams.
Work with solution teams to develop offerings and
assist as a solutions architect for new business opportunities and proposals.
Provide guidance across the Microsoft Platform.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to
maximize Office 365 functionality and user experience.
Leading work-streams on transformational programs and
ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including
prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
Stay current on Office 365 features and capabilities,
including new features, functionality and participate in roadmap creation
through the IM Demand Management process.
Help coordinate the intake/demand/request management
process into the Microsoft 365 platform.
Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders
that drive decisions, improvement opportunities and implementation plans.
Help build enablement strategies to support collaboration standards, policies, and best practices.
Participate in the life cycle management of the
Microsoft 365 platform
 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 Enterprise
Suite of Applications
Must be an independent problem solver with troubleshooting,
decision-making, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a global matrix organization with
insourced and outsourced team members
High standard of organizational skills and strong
attention to detail
Ability to understand the business needs and propose a
technology solution that addresses the associated requirements
Develops and maintains positive relationships with
