Working as part of a rapidly growing team in an Australian market leader, this newly created Incident and Problem Manager is a great opportunity for an experienced Incident and Problem Management SME to build out the service management processes within the company

Acting as the subject matter expert for Incident and Problem Management, you will be responsible for setting up processes around these areas and continuously improving these processes over time. You will be ensure timely triage and remediation of incidents, and must have been in a similar role which was hands on.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

  • Hands on incident and problem management
  • Support or development
  • Monitoring and alert management
  • Making recommendations for improvements
  • Post incident reviews.
  • In addition to this, experience with change management is also highly sought after.
