About the Role:

Fetch Rewards' next step in evolving the shopping experience will require a Team Lead, Inside Sales. Ideally, this position will be located in the greater Chicago, IL area but can be located anywhere in the United States.

As the Team Lead, Inside Sales, the ultimate evaluation of your efforts will be the ability to lead a team of Business Development Representatives in their lead generation efforts to create qualified opportunities that will translate into new Fetch partners. You will help create the strategy for acquisition of new Fetch Rewards partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution aligned with Fetch best practices.

Scope of Responsibilities:

* Report directly to the SVP, Business Development
* Manage an existing team of Business Development Representatives and directly hire additional resources throughout the year.
* Adjust, improve, and implement processes for lead generation across three main verticals of CPG, Retail and Restaurant.
* Responsibility for working with BDR's on all messaging across outbound sales efforts and maintaining activity and performance expectations - Calls, Emails, LinkedIn, etc.
* Have an advanced level of familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, SalesForce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and similar capabilities.
* Work directly with vertical team leads to efficiently generate pipeline with key prospects via qualified opportunity creation.
* Reports goals, plans and progress to the Sr. Vice President of Business Development.

The ideal candidate:

* Combination of customer-obsessed, and business-focused to delight customers while achieving company goals.
* An effective communicator and collaborator, with excellent leadership skills
* Comfortable with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
* Excellent data-driven strategy when problem-solving/decision-making, or driving strategy.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively problem solve.
* Ability to influence at all levels.
* +10 years of experience in business development with a track record of building and leading Inside Sales/BDR teams
* Ideally would have CPG, Retail or Restaurant/Food Service knowledge and/or experience.
