Pamplin Media Group, Oregon’s largest source of news, is seeking a well-organized team player for a full-time position in our Retail Advertising department.
This position will work with the sales team & other assistants to ensure that print and digital ads are booked, proofs are routed and approved, tear sheets provided to customers, print products are prepared & delivered, and much more! This job requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage clients, and comfort learning ad management programs. We are looking for a person that is self-motivated, technologically proficient with a desire to succeed. You’ll work with multiple clients, ranging in size, type & industry. The ability to work with a team is a must!

This position is a hybrid of in-office & remote work. This position offers a competitive base hourly wage with monthly commissions & bonus opportunities.
