We're looking for a Services Operations Analyst who will play a key role in maintaining, developing and reporting from the global Services CRM in partnership with our Systems team. Your work will drive efficiency and transparency within a global services team interacting with thousands of customers.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives in our Somerville, MA headquarters.

The Job

* Administer the Salesforce Service Cloud by solving problems, improving processes, and developing new workflows
* Develop reporting to measure and communicate performance and outcomes
* Act as a day-to-day critical issue resource for the organization
* Engage consultatively with leads, engineers and agents to design solutions and enhancements
* Complete thorough acceptance testing for end users
* Think strategically about business needs to scope and prioritize projects

You

* Take pride in resolving issues and are enthusiastic about helping our internal users
* Analytical problem solver who does not give up easily
* Passionate learner and researcher - able to get into the weeds to diagnose issues and find solutions
* Experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Optimizer with a knack for finding better and faster ways of doing things
* Willing team player who enjoys improving the day-to-day workflows and experiences for their colleagues; eager to learn but also knows when to ask for help

Bonus skills:

* Experience in Salesforce administration with Salesforce Professional certifications
* Experience as Sales rep, Services agent or Customer Success Manager
* Programming / Coding mindset: the ability to think critically to design scalable and sustainable solutions
* Background in data, for example: SQL, Python Pandas, Google Sheets, Excel,
* Love to tell stories with data visualizations (Redash/Tableau preferred)
* 3D printing experience
