As a Member Service Specialist (Call Center Representative) you will be a trusted financial advisor for our members, while maintaining professionalism on and off the telephone.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities consist of:

* Problem solving and member account maintenance
* Using multiple systems to process member's requests
* Identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
* Collaborating with peers and supervisors on a daily basis
* Providing excellent member service over the telephone

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Preferred Call Center Experience
* Previous Customer Service Experience
* Proficient Computer Skills
* Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
