As a key member of our CSR IT Team this position is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and work alongside our tight knit team to assist our users with level 2 technical support.
A typical day looks like….
Providing effective and reliable Desktop, LAN and Infrastructure Support to our CSR internal staff The ability to understand and interpret customer queries, provide suitable support and guidance, and escalate as required Undertake asset management activities and purchasing of equipment and licences Laptop and desktop rebuilds Work as part of our team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal customers Supporting our head office and executive teamTo smash it and be a good a good fit for our team, you will…
Have previous experience in a similar role providing Level 2 support to internal customers Have good technical skills and an interest in pursuing a career in IT Demonstrate ability to understand an issue and identify potential solutions Have a passion for providing the best customer experience and ability to communicate effectively Be willing to travel to our other offices to provide support; must have a current drivers licence.Benefits
