ABOUT AERISON:
Aerison is a multi-discipline engineering and construction company that self-performs design, engineering, fabrication, construction Installation and commissioning services for projects over the past 35 years.
YOUR IMPACT:
We are seeking expressions of interest from Lead Project Engineers (Design) in the following disciplines who are keen to work on long duration, large and diverse EPC projects:
Civil;
Structural;
Mechanical; and
Piping.

In this role you will deliver accurate, well presented, and conforming detail design deliverables using Aerison systems and procedures while maintaining healthy relationships with all colleagues and clients.
Work across a range of exciting EPC projects.
Provide interdisciplinary technical expertise and governance.
Work in conjunction with a range of stakeholders (incl: designers, engineers, and clients from a range of disciplines) to meet project needs.
Compile, review, and report inter-discipline budgets as per the prescribed reporting frequency.
Oversee and complete engineering design calculations utilising specialist software as required.
Complete all workflow processes as prescribed in the relevant Aerison design and drafting procedures.
Contribute and review safety in design deliverables (SID).
Seeking engineering innovation to increase project profitability and value adding for the client.
Understand project scope, highlighting concerns and/or opportunities around design and budget as early as possible.

WHO YOU ARE
Knowledge of OH&S responsibilities.
High level of experience and ability in use of applicable engineering design systems.
Ability to compile technical documents clearly, concisely, logically, and accurately.
Able to perform well under pressure.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE BEFORE
Tertiary qualification in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, piping)
At least 7 years in a similar engineering role
Experience in one or more of the following – Materials handling (dry and/or wet process plants), Infrastructure (water, wastewater and/or fire systems), Industrial (chemical, gas, power and processing systems)
