We are looking for a talent acquisition advisor to join our team on a part-time/full time basis for a 6-month contract. You will join a collaborative, experienced and supportive team and focus predominately on the sourcing and hiring of talent for our consulting team.In this varied role you will:
Coordinate the temporary/permanent recruitment process by Phone screening talent and assisting managers in shortlisting candidates
Have a positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a terrific team
Be self-motivated to deliver to our internal clients (hiring managers and stakeholders) and external clients (potential talent)
Performing reference checks on preferred candidates.
Creating talent pools
Provide reports and updates to the Partners and Line Managers on temporary and permanent recruitment
Proactively create, and maintain, talent pools and pipelines across the ATS PageUp and LinkedIn
Maintain the data integrity of our ATS, and support the creation of detailed, accurate and insightful candidate and job reports

With a proactive and positive mindset, you like to provide timely solutions to recruitment needs and can demonstrate.
Commercial recruitment and/or resourcing experience
A combination of internal and external recruitment, or RPO exposure
Demonstrated experience in building relationships with, and influencing, key stakeholders
A focus on consistent and clear communications with prospective candidates
An ability to prioritise quickly, and adapt to changing stakeholder needs
A passion for people and customer service
An ability to work autonomously and take initiative
