About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Materials Planner, to be based at our Numurkah site. The responsibilities of the role will include:
Control the purchasing of direct material SKU’s (BOM materials) to meet site production requirements
Support the site Master Scheduler and production teams by providing timely and accurate up to date information regarding availability of packaging & materials
Management of vendor relationships and performance, driving best practice outcomes
About your experience
Candidates will have an in-depth understanding of Materials Planning in a manufacturing, food or FMCG environment. Candidates will also display:
Proficient in SAP and Excel
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Managing stock levels to ensure continuity of supply
Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
