We have partnered with a key client and construction leader on the Gold Coast in search of an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver an extensive pipeline of Gold Coast’s most prestigious and magnificent homes.

Located on the Gold Coast, this is a critical role that will see you play an integral part within a business that is reaping the rewards of an extensive pipeline of projects. They focus on the details, with a strong culture of working together using smart design solutions and employing up-to-date construction methods to deliver beautiful homes within the $2 -$15million range.
Manage project financials including budget, actuals, cost control, variation management, etc
Liaise with client including managing client wants and expectations as well as contractual obligations
Subcontractor management including scope and package negotiation, claim approvals, and subbie performance management.
Manage trades and subbies onsite including adherence to plans and specifications
Coordination of all site logistics, materials delivery and resource allocation
Ensuring site safety and promoting safe work habits
To be successful in the role:
Solid construction experience with at least 2-3 years in a PM role
Strong Financial and Contracts Administration skills & experience
Quality and safety management experience
Keen interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships, navigating those tough conversations, and negotiating fair outcomes for all parties
IT savvy and exposure to a variety of systems that create efficiency
