About the role:
Permanent, full time position with the world's largest building materials company

Full training can be provided for front end loader, sales loader, dump truck, water cart and working in a quarry environment
FIFO 2:1 / 12 hours daily roster or Residential

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operator for our Turner River Quarry site located in the Port Hedland area - a mechanically minded individual who has worked in a quarry or similar environment before. Responsibilities in the role will include quarry work with loaders, operating water cart & dump truck, conducting plant condition inspections, identifying problems and taking corrective action to ensure continuous operation. You will apply preventative maintenance practices where appropriate whilst monitoring and reporting on any maintenance issues.
To succeed in this key role it is preferable to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
Experience with Front end loader operations preferable, will provide training
Dump truck operations experience preferable, will provide training
Water cart operations experience preferable, will provide training
Sales loader experience - experience with the load rite system on loader for correct weight on road trucks preferable, will provide training
Familiarity with quarry products and QA manufacturing / stockpiling process preferable, will provide training
Quarry plant maintenance experience preferable, will provide training
You must have strong attention to detail i.e. with product pile management
You must be flexible and willing to work across all facets of quarry activities
You must be prepared to work overtime
