We have a fantastic opportunity within our Security department for an Assistant Security Operations Manager. This is an exciting and broad role where you will be looking a number of key components which include; operational management, stakeholder engagement, customer service, OHS and financial management.
You will also actively assist the Security Operations Manager to ensure a safe, secure and friendly customer focussed environment whilst also being directly responsible for the efficiency pertaining to the scheduling of staff, management of overtime, sick leave and operational equipment within the Security Department.
Minimum of 3 years of Operational Management experience
A strong background in working within Security or similar industry
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with rostering of staff in a large organisation
High level and understanding of customer service
Exceptional attention to detail as you will be dealing with financial reports and statistics
Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced and busy environment
Tertiary qualifications in Security Operations
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management
