This is your opportunity to join carsales in this newly created role as Sales Excellence and Development Manager. In this role, you will workwith senior leaders to deliver sales training solutions. You will be responsible for internal product training, the identification ofskills gaps and the development of bespoke sales skills training. You will have a strong focus on upskilling teams to drive revenue for carsales in Australia.

What you’ll do
Partner closely with the leadership team to address training needs locally and regionally. This will require regular interstate travel.
Conduct in depth needs assessments across all the dealer teams and identify gaps and risks for the business.
Develop and implement a bespoke sales excellence program, aimed to upskill the dealer sales team on specific sales skills to grow revenue in their portfolios.
Partner closely with Media leaders to understand changes to the media landscape and identify any media upskilling the team may require.
Work closely with senior leaders to proactively identify changes to the dealer landscape and training areas for opportunity.
What we are looking for?
Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
Commercially minded, Learning and Development professional with a strong ability to develop and support sales professionals to ensure their performance is optimal.
Experience across internal product training, the identification for skill gaps and the development of bespoke sales skills training.
Expertise to identify opportunities to develop and improve employee engagement related to Learning and Development.
