Contract Dates:14 January 2023 - 16 January 2026

Employment Type:Full Time, Fixed Term Middle Leader Position (3 Years)

Salary Range: Teacher Salary PLUS Middle Leader Tier 2 Allowance

St Andrew's Catholic College

St Andrew’s Catholic College is set on a picturesque 25 ha site located in the Redlynch Valley. The College is a P-12 co-educational school of over 1,720 students. In 2023, the College will organise its P-12 setting into a two-sector model: Junior (P-6) and Senior Years (7-12). This is indeed an exciting time for the College.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements include:

Understanding and commitment to education in the Catholic tradition

Leadership experience:
Demonstrated ability in educational leadership

Demonstrated administrative ability

Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships


Skills for building community including facilitation, delegation and consultation.

Professional qualifications in Education

Minimum of 4 Years Classroom Experience
