About the Role: 
The Administration Support Officer for Trust accounts, carries out the Centre's inmate trust accounting functions in accordance with corporate and contractual requirements in a team environment.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm but can be negotiated for the right person.
This position is a Level 3 position, employed under the Junee Correctional Centre Non-Custodial Employee Enterprise Agreement 2020. For further details regarding terms and conditions of employment, you may refer to this document located at www.fwc.gov.au

Skills and Experience: 
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience using Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and consistently provide high levels of administrative and support services.
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and life experience.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to learn new software applications required to perform the role.
Ability to work within a correctional setting, which will involve direct contact with prisoners.
Valid and current full Australian driver’s licence.
Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Check.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Accounts experience would be an advantage
