Our company is a growing sales and energy-focused company in McAllen, TX.. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our Entry Level Sales Representative team. This is an entry-level position where you will gain hands-on experience in sales, team management, and client relationship building.

 

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will participate in a complete energy training designed to develop your sales, business development, and customer service skills. You will work alongside team members to build your skills and reach your career goals. The Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for working with businesses and customers to expand our energy efforts, decrease fossil fuels, and lower harmful emissions. 

 

Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Interact with customers and business owners during B2B outreach campaigns to promote top-tier products and services that will enhance their everyday lives by understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions
  • Enroll business customers in sales solutions and complete the sales process with high levels of accuracy and white-glove level service
  • Participate in meetings with the sales team 
  • Gain an understanding of products and services, collaborate on enhancing strategies, and contribute to optimizing sales to drive revenue growth and broaden energy services
  • Identify customers' concerns and clearly communicate tailored solutions with professionalism
  • Keep accurate records of all sales orders to ensure a smooth enrollment process and monitor progress toward reaching sales metrics
  • Stay up to date on all energy products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value and drive sales opportunities 
 

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented and results-driven 
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment as well as independently
