    The Role
    We are currently seeking a talented HPE Teacher (either Primary or Secondary specialist) looking to take the next steps into middle leadership as a Sports Coordinator at this fabulous school known for its excellent sports programs. The school has a state-of-the-art gym and a program designed especially to support student-athletes build their skills in their chosen sport. In this role, the Sports Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Facilitate Experience and knowledge of coordinating sporting programs, including facilitating the College's high-performance sports teams (including rugby, netball, soccer (football), netball, basketball and more)
  • A thorough understanding of sport in a school context, and a genuine commitment to and understanding of the purpose and philosophy of the College's sporting co-curricular program
  • Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills and exceptional communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and diplomacy skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflict in a constructive manner
  • Thorough understanding of and commitment to workplace health and safety, particularly in a sporting context
  • This incredible opportunity is available starting in Term 1, 2023.
