The Recruitment Crowd are working with a National Training Provider who are looking for an experienced, dedicated Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver and provide the opportunity to learn up to Level 3 by applying academic and technical skills in real life work experience.

Brief overview of the role:

  • Plan and deliver a training programme that ensures a robust ILP and regular reviews of learner progress
  • Liaise with the Functional Skills tutor to support framework, standard achievement, and the embedding of Functional Skills within your contextual delivery
  • Provide support and robust exit advise to learners as they set personal goals for career progression (should this recognise IAG across the learning journey as well as end)
  • Facilitate learning for learners, adhering to the standards of the apprenticeship program to ensure consistency and fairness throughout all teaching, learning and assessment delivery techniques.
  • Deliver a balanced KPI’s in line with Company expectations
  • Ensure all learners receive the highest quality experience in line with company expectations and external requirements.

  • Requirements

  • Recognised teaching or training qualification at level 3 or above
  • Prior experience as an Apprenticeship Trainer
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Drive and enthusiastic to support learners
  • Access to a car with a full UK driving license

    Salary £25,000 (Potential increase to £28k) + Monthly Bonus + Mileage
