The Fleet Procurement and Remarketing Administrator manages the day to administration of fleet supply chain procuring and disposal of the pacific fleet. The daily responsibilities of this position may include; the setting up of new vendors, vehicle procurement and tracking, validation of new Avis direct users, data analytics relating to fleet supply chain, vehicle ordering and tracking of the procurement and disposal of the pacific fleet.
Responsibilities Effectively manage the vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands Administration of vendor set up and approval Administration of vehicle procurement through oracle Day to day liaison with stakeholders including; Suppliers, Fleet Planners, Finance and Operations Provide direct support with new vendors Weekly update, reconciliation and communication of vehicle deliveries Preparation and management of state and island dealer logs Monthly Oracle order reconciliation Report tracking of car sales, procurement gain on sale, vehicle delivery as well as utilisation Management of the vehicle pricing catalogue
Skills & Experience Strong previous excel and reporting experience Previous procurement or remarketing experience a plus Can work effectively with colleagues across departments Able to build strategic alliances with internal stakeholders The ability to use your initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
