The successful candidate will report to the Facility Manager and will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care for Residents within established policies, guidelines and procedures of McLean Care. You will provide clinical leadership and first line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Service Employees including allocation of duties.

 

Essential

  • A bachelors degree in Nursing
  • A current AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration. For eligibility, please see the link Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - Internationally qualified nurses and midwives (nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au) 
  • High level of analytical, written and verbal skills 
  • Ability to write clear and precise English appropriate to residents needs 
  • Ability to pass an international police check - for VISA purposes
  • Ability to obtain NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Check - links will be sent upon successful appointment to a role
  • A willingness to be posted in one of our regional locations (subject to availability)
