We are looking for incredible and dedicated humans to join the KinCare family in the Ballina 8 area. Do you love to support the elderly who wish to remain in their homes for longer? This is a wonderful opportunity to meet people and listen to their stories. You’ll be helping with personal care, social services such as organising outings and transportation and domestic assistance such as cooking, pet care, cleaning and gardening. You’ll help review care plans to understand customer’s goals and needs, use an app to track important information and spot any hazards to ensure their safety.
This role would suit any who have a desire to provide great customer care while having clear opportunities for continued and supported career progression working for one of Australia’s most trusted brands.
