The Insights and Account Executive will: Act as strategic partner to our clients Become an expert in your market (industry, products, channels etc.) Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new customers Educate customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs Drive adoption (i.e. activation, reactivation and engagement) of GfK platforms within client organization by demonstrating clear ROI to client Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality
