About The Role

Due to continued growth, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our hard-working team based at our Cheltenham Site. 

This critical role is responsible for reducing reactive maintenance tasks and improving unplanned downtime of all machinery within our production facility.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring daily maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Development and implementation of maintenance planning and activities.
  • Responding to and rectifying maintenance concerns and requests.
  • Completion of maintenance tasks and schedules.
  • Conducting maintenance inspections.
  • Ensuring timely response to breakdowns.
  • Engage and manage contractors for any major works or specialised maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain spare equipment inventory.
  • About the successful candiate

  • Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing environment.
  • Australian trade qualifications - fitter & turner preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing maintenance practices to improve reliability and performance.
  • Strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven project management skills with capability to manage multiple tasks, measure performance and meet deadlines while holding self and others accountable.
  • Proven attention to detail, information processing and problem solving skills.
