Our client is seeking a Project Manager with building industry experience to join their Sydney Team. The company has large long term contracts with major building insurers in both the residential and commercial sector and is a well-reputed building remedial company working on insurance rectification building works across NSW. The company has been growing rapidly and has extensive contracts assessing and reporting on building damage, estimations and completion of works. Due to the rapid growth and existing long term contracts, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the building industry to organise and supervise trades to carry out repair work to damaged homes and commercial buildings.
Suitable candidates must have project management experience in the building experience. This will include contract administration or site experience in the building industry. The role would suit an enthusiastic reliable person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will have a customer service approach and a 'can do' attitude. Your experience will also cover adherence to contractual obligations in line with business objectives and KPI's and having oversight of organizing, scheduling and managing of trades for authorized repairs. Evven better if you have remedial building or insurance rectification experience.
