Sales Executive - Sydney

Blis is looking for an energetic salesperson to join our growing team. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Sales ANZ, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within the media market, a proactive attitude and an willingness to learn and develop in digital ad tech.

The most important aspects of this role is to work closely with the nominated agencies and clients to source significant levels of new business, create campaign winning solutions, develop strong client relationships, manage strong forward pipeline and deliver the highly professional service for which Blis is renowned.

Key responsibilities

  • Leverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunity across the Blis product set
  • Target media agencies and their clients including agency planners, strategists, and programmatic teams
  • Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve business targets
  • Create and lead sales presentations for your agencies and clients and for the team
  • Become an expert on Blis USP’s and best practices on the Blis platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve their strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting/pipeline management
  • Create market leading solutions and presentations for your clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meetings and initiatives.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Background in digital media sales and accountment management. 2+yrs
  • Knowledge of digital media market, advertising, programmatic media and product & data offerings
  • Knowledge of the broader media market and the role of location / mobile advertising within brands
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media strategists, planners and buyers
  • Currently leveraging digital budgets from media agencies
  • Existing relationships within the Sydney media agency groups
  • The confidence to present to your audience, small & large
  • A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment
