Maintenance Fitter

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced and reliable Trade Qualified Boilermakers & Maintenance Fitters for an immediate start based in Carole Park QLD. Our client is an international Leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Fibre Cement Products.
With boundless opportunities to upskill and start your career, this role is great for anyone who considers themselves a self-starter looking to further their existing manufacturing knowledge or gain new skills.
About your new role:

  • Fault finding
  • Conduct preventative maintenance.
  • Attend to breakdowns of machinery.
  • Install and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Assist in the development of in-house production improvements.
  • Day Shift - 06:00am starts (please note, this may vary)
  • About you:

  • Trade Qualifications are essential
  • Minimum 2+ years recent experience in maintenance role (fault finding, break downs, preventive maintenance etc)
  • Reliable transport
  • Safety Conscious attitude
  • Ability to work Over Time when required
  • Good communication skills with liaison between workers and management,
  • Good work attitude and innovative thinking.
