What is a recruitment pool?
We use recruitment pools to build a bank of talent suited to both current and future opportunities within Silver Chain. This advert is for a recruitment pool process that may be used to fill appointments with Silver Chain’s Support Services Team.
Applicants who are successfully appointed to the pool may be contacted by Silverchain at any time over the next six (6) months and offered positions - applicants who decline an offer will remain in the pool and given opportunity for future offers.
