WSP is currently initiating a search for a **CRM Data & Information Coordinator** in one of our US offices. CRM Data and Information Coordinators are responsible for managing marketing data within our CRM System. This position supports the Strategic Growth Team by updating, auditing and conducting research on our Business Development data including pipeline, wins, losses, hit rates etc. CRM Data and Information Coordinators work closely with the Regional Staff to obtain information, troubleshoot user issues, answer questions, conduct CRM training, and provide reporting and analysis support.

**Your Impact**

Duties and responsibilities:

+ Monitor and update CRM data to maintain the highest quality information, including:

- Overall opportunity data quality: review decision dates, assigned cost centers, taxonomy, etc.

- Responsible for entering, reviewing, and tracking task order opportunities, including task and related proposal/task budgets

- Maintaining accuracy of top pursuits for Region

- Audit reports to ensure BD processes are followed

- Troubleshoot and audit proposal budgets

+ Record all new wins in CRM and link to agreements in a timely manner. Gather information on major wins for US and Global reporting.

+ Assist with business information requests by creating lists and reports in CRM.

+ Support new and existing CRM users by requesting new licenses, providing training, and troubleshooting system issues

**Who You Are**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or closely related discipline.

+ 3-5 years previous experience creating, updating, auditing and reporting data in a database environment, preferably CRM.

+ Strict attention to detail and problem solving skills

+ Strong organizational and coordination skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

+ Ability to manage and prioritize workload

+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience. Oracle CRM expereince a plus.

+ Experience in A/E/C industry

Compensation and Benefits:

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career.

Expected Salary: $47,500 - $91,500
