**Position Description:**

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with our campus recruiting team and coordinate university relationships and events

• Coordinate both in office and on campus interview logistics

• Represent CGI at community and industry events

• Represent CGI at university recruiting events and help staff university recruiting events

• Identify and coordinate community service events

• Coordinate logistics for HR processes and employee touch points

• Maintain open lines of communication with business unit members to escalate concerns to management

• Manage and oversee Career Progression process and tracking for employees

• Act as STEM liaison for CGI and local communities through hosting STEM events

• Support and assist in driving company Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives

• Support training initiatives provided to employees

• Host and coordinate employee engagement opportunities

• Provide confidential administrative support to the management team

• Maintain a productive office environment including managing office and kitchen supplies and fulfilling requests for maintenance and general repairs within the facility

• Manage relations with building managers and CGI Facility teams

• Assist Human Resources Business Partner as needed

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**

• Bachelor's degree highly desired

• Extremely pro-active, with an energetic and professional demeanor and high sense of urgency

• Proven achiever and polished professional

• Professional corporate image combined with strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient Outlook skills

• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong planning and organization skills

• Resourceful and intuitive self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and enjoy multi-tasking in a technical and administrative environment

• Independent judgment, absolute discretion and diplomacy

• Ability to travel 10%
