Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Procurement Agent (level 3) to join our Structures Sub-Assembly team at our Auburn, Washington site!

As a procurement agent, you will provide contracting knowledge, negotiate and carry out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Some travel, domestic and/or international, will be required up to 25% for this position.

Position Responsibilities:

* Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

* Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

* Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

* Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

* Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

* Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

* Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite, at a supplier site or in the factory. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options with one day of virtual work as an opportunity.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* 3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

* Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $79,900 - $108,100
