We are seeking dedicated, experienced staff who have worked in management to join our Leadership Teams supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their home and the community.

Essential job functions include: Train, guide, supervise and suitably address concerns with staff; while maintaining professional and supportive communication. Ensure people participating in person-centered activities that support their dreams, wishes and interests. Assist with the finances, maintenance, safety and oversight of the residential home. Must be able flex scheduled work hours as need in a supervisory role. A weekend shift is required.

Minimal Job Requirements:

2 years' experience supporting people with intellectual, emotional and developmental disabilities or work in a related field. A valid drivers license a good driving history with a minimum of two years experience is required. Background checks including a clear criminal background, good driving record and work references. High school diploma/GED.


Asst. Manager: 1st & 2nd shift: M 2-9pm, Thurs 10-8pm, Fri 8-6pm, Sat 10-8 pm (Johnston)

Asst. Manager: 1st & 2nd shift: Tues/Wed 3-10pm; Thurs 1-9pm; F 2-10pm; Sa 9-4pm (Warwick)

What we offer you:

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.50-$23.50

* Weekend Pay Differential - Additional $1.00 an hour
* Friday evening 6pm to 10pm
* Saturday & Sunday 1st & 2nd Shift - 8 am to 10pm
