**The role you'll contribute:**

Responsible for the successful operation of the Nursing Department by providing leadership and guidance to unit associates and upholding the organizational values and missions.

+ Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department.


**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**

+ **Minimum qualifications** :

+ Current Georgia RN License

+ Three years' experience in nursing

+ **Preferred qualifications:**

+ Supervisory or Charge RN experience
