Quality Manager

CTC - 10 lacs

Timings : Night Shifts

Re-location - yes

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days


Able to ensure products of right quality delivered by adherence improvement in systems
Attending & reducing customer complaints
Systematically work towards resolution of Qf1 & Qf2 complaints to the satisfaction of customer. Effective root cause analysis, systematic approach 4M, 5-why methods.
In-house actions by 8D approach
Ensure Incoming, in-process and Final Quality requirements.
Standardizing inspection method.
Knowledge of calibration, different testing procedure, process and sources
Knowledge of homologation ISO requirements
Reduce internal rejections through process audits
People management, analytical skills, Communication skills, developing people

Only International voice experience required
